The person behind Botavive

Support starts with understanding.

I’m Gabriela Vangstad, co-founder of Botavive, a supplement brand focused on women in perimenopause and menopause.

My work centers on the questions women face after 40: changes in sleep, mood, concentration, hair, and everyday wellbeing. I co-founded Botavive to offer focused support for this stage of life.

I continue to build my knowledge through courses in menopause, women’s health, strength training, and nutrition. The completed courses below form part of my ongoing education.

My role is as a co-founder and health content author. My coursework documents continuing learning, rather than a medical degree or clinical qualification.

Beyond the courses

Writing for women after 40

My areas of interest include menopause awareness, nutrition, sleep, cognitive wellbeing, hair changes, and maintaining strength in midlife.

As Botavive’s co-founder, I have a commercial interest in the products the brand sells. This relationship is part of my perspective when writing about supplements and women’s wellbeing.
