Botavive Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Botavive, we strive to offer flexible subscription options to ensure our customers receive the benefits of consistent wellness support. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please review the terms below.

1. Subscription Cancellation Requirements

To prevent unintended charges, subscription cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled order processing date.

  • Cancellations can be managed directly through the Customer Portal.

  • If you require assistance, please contact our support team at hello@botavive.com before your next billing date.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or refund it. You may return unopened products following our Refund & Return Policy.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Customers can cancel their subscription using one of the following methods:

Customer Portal – Log into your account, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions," and select Cancel Subscription.

Email Support – Contact hello@botavive.com with your name and order details, and our team will assist you.

3. Refunds & Cancellations After Processing

Once a subscription renewal has been processed, the order is considered final and will be shipped as scheduled. We are unable to offer refunds for orders that have already been processed.

However, you may:

  • Return unopened, unused products according to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Adjust your next billing date or pause your subscription to better fit your needs.

4. Pausing or Modifying a Subscription

If you do not wish to cancel but need flexibility, we offer:

  • Pausing a Subscription – Customers can pause their subscription for up to 90 days instead of canceling.

  • Skipping an Order – Customers may skip up to 3 consecutive orders within their subscription cycle.

5. Special Circumstances

If you experience extenuating circumstances, such as medical issues or financial hardship, please reach out to our team. We are happy to work with you to find a solution that best meets your needs.

6. Changes to This Policy

Botavive reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email to active subscribers.
