Refund policy
Botavive products are non-returnable due to food safety and health regulations. All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or a replacement within 30 days of receipt.
Eligibility for refund or replacement
This policy applies solely to products bought directly from Botavive.com. If you purchased from a different retailer, please refer directly to their specific return or refund policy. We offer solutions only for items that are:
- Damaged during transit.
- Defective or unusable.
- Incorrectly shipped.
How to request a resolution
To receive a refund or replacement for a damaged item, email hello@botavive.com. For faster service, provide your order confirmation number and include clear images of the damaged product and its original packaging. We may request that you return the product for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide a digital shipping label to send the item back to our facility.
Processing times
Refunds take approximately 5-7 business days to process and will be credited to the original payment method. Replacements generally arrive within 10-14 business days. Due to stock availability, some replacements may be substituted with a refund at our discretion.
Botavive reserves the right to approve or deny all refund and replacement requests.
