30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (First Order Only)
We believe in the long-term benefits of our supplements and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your first order, we offer a full refund for up to three (3) items, subject to the following terms:
- The 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee applies only to your first order and is not available for subsequent purchases.
- Customers must contact our support team at hello@botavive.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate the refund process.
- To qualify, you must return the empty bottles to demonstrate full use of the product.
- Once the return is approved, the empty bottles must be shipped back within 15 days to complete the refund request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and processed.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you order multiple bottles of the same product, we ask that you only open and use what you can reasonably consume within 30 days, following the recommended daily dosage. Any additional bottles must be returned unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
We require the return of empty bottles because our products are designed to work over time. This policy ensures that customers have given the supplement a fair trial before requesting a refund.

- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Pack Your Items – Securely package the item(s) along with the original packing slip. If the packing slip is lost, include a note with your full name, order number, and shipping address.

- Processing Your Return – Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@botavive.com within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged products, we may request photos of the packaging and product to process a replacement or refund.
If your order is missing any items, please reach out to us, and we will promptly resolve the issue.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- The 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee is only available once per customer and cannot be used for multiple purchases.
